The PC200 Single End Power Feed Trim Saw is engineered to efficiently trim the ends of deck boards and stringers for manufacturing recycled pallets. Ideal for pallet recycling and remanufacturing operations, the PC200 trims the ends of boards from 21” to 66” long, up to 2” thick and 10” wide at rates of up to 12,000 boards per 8-hour shift. The PC200 features an overhead blade design for reduced board kickback, electronic variable feed speed for optimum production, and a gravity-assist incline feed system for efficient material flow. A typical pallet recycling system will include 2 or 3 Pallet Hawg® Pallet Dismantlers for each PC200 Single End Power Feed Trim Saw in order to dismantle a pallet and trim boards into smaller material for assembly of a recycled pallet.
Operation
With the easy to read scale, four quick-adjust board stops are set from 21” to 66” at the desired board lengths. The operator turns on the blade motor and power feed with a single on/off switch and adjusts the variable feed speed for optimum efficiency. Boards at varying lengths are loaded onto the gravity-assist incline table that includes three heavy-duty #2060 roller feed chains with 12” spacing. The lugs on the chains move boards up the table through the 18” diameter nail-resistant carbide-tipped blade and one end of the board is trimmed. Next to the blade, trim cuts from each board are dropped onto a conveyor system or into a container for recycling. Trimmed boards continue moving up the incline table to the 58” drop height and drop onto a sorting table or into a bin for further processing. Blades are able to be resharpened and changing a blade is easy with the removable blade plate. For added safety features, all chain sprockets are enclosed below the table, two emergency stops are located on the machine, and a convenient reversing switch assists with jammed material.

(길이 0.5m - 1.7m, 두께 50mm, 폭 254mm 기준) PC200은 보드가 튕겨나가는 현상을 줄이기 위해 톱날을 상위에 설치하였고, 최적의 생산력을 유지하기 위해 공급속도를 조절할 수 있도록 설계하였습니다. 중력을 이용한 경사면이 활용되어 목재가 잘 흘러들어올 수 있습니다. 가장 흔히 사용되는 팔레트 재활용 시스템은 1개의 PC 200 일방향 파워 다듬제재기 당 2-3개의 Pallet Hawg® 팔레트 분해기를 설치한 것입니다.
운영
읽기 쉬운 눈금을 포함한 4개의 보드스톱을 0.5m에서 1.7m까지의 원하는 보드 길이에 맞춰 쉽게 조정하실 수 있습니다. 운영자는 ON/OFF 스위치를 사용해 톱날 모터와 파워 벨트의 전원을 키고 생산성을 고려하여 공급 속도를 조정합니다. 다양한 길이의 보드가 중력을 이용한 경사 테이블에 놓아지며 여기엔 세개의 튼튼한 #2060 롤러 피드 체인이 304mm 간격으로 설치되 있습니다. 체인에 위치한 러그가 보드를 경사 테이블 위로 이동시키고 457mm 직경의 탄화톱날이 보드의 한쪽 끝을 절단합니다. 톱날 옆에선 절단된 보드 끝부분이 컨베이어 시스템 혹은 컨테이너로 낙하해 다시 재활용을 돕습니다. 남은 보드는 경면 위로 계속 이동하여 1.45m 가량 낙하하여 추가 처리를 위해 정렬 테이블 또는 통에 떨어집니다. 톱날은 언제든 다시 연마가 가능하고 분리 가능한 톱날 보대를 통해 쉽게 교체할 수 있습니다. 추가적인 안전기능을 위해 모든 사슬바퀴는 테이블 아래에 밀폐되어 있고 기계엔 비상 정지 장치 2개가 위치해 있습니다. 편리한 후진 스위치로 기계에 끼임현상을 완화할 수 있습니다.
